CUSTOMER RESPONSE EXECUTIVE – Mumbai
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years. Position Vacant : 1 Education : Any Graduate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and respond to all incoming leads (phone, WhatsApp, web forms, ad platforms, walk-ins logged digitally) during shift.
- Call each new lead immediately and follow up persistently until a clear outcome is reached (qualified, not interested, no response).
- Qualify leads using predefined checklist (budget range, timeline, product interest, decision-maker, location).
- Assign a lead score and pass sales-ready (high-score) leads to the sales team with clear notes and next-action suggestions.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records in CRM for every contact attempt, message, and outcome.
