The Furniturewallas are renowned for being one of the pioneers in the furniture business in India having been founded over a 100 years ago. This legacy handed down was started by Farhan Furniturewalla’s great grandfather in 1915. Hailing from this family after gaining all the expertise Farhan Furniturewalla started his own speciality Furniture brand ‘Furniturewalla FW’ in 1999 and was among the first to import furniture and accessories into India.
FARHAN FURNITUREWALLA

The MD of Furniturewalla FW is regarded an authority on furniture design in the country. He has inherited natural abilities of aesthetic appreciation from his family which has been in the furniture business for over a century. He founded Furniturewalla FW 22 years ago in 1999 and was one of the pioneers to import luxury furniture, lighting, art & accessories from around the world into India. Furniturewalla FW celebrates its 20th year anniversary in 2019.

LAILA KHAN FURNITUREWALLA

Is a renowned artist having held numerous shows in India & Internationally. She went for training in Fine Art to the Slade School of Fine Art in London, and then in 2009 went to study creative painting at St Martins school of art in London. Her work has been included in many auctions, charitable causes, fund raisers and is held in many esteemed private collections . She also hails from one of the most illustrious film families in India and she has lent her creative instincts and artistic sensibilities to the brand. The couple travel together 5 times a year to 14 countries around the globe, to international trade fairs & factories with their design team to personally handpick the collections.
